Three timers shape the rhythm of alerts overnight. The defaults work well for most families — here's what each one does if you want to adjust it.
Settings › Alert Timers
On Duty — how long one caregiver stays on duty for a cry. Your partner isn't alerted during this window, so only one of you is woken. It resets whenever a new cry starts. Default 17:00. (Range 30 seconds–30 minutes.)
Self-Soothe — after you snooze an alert, how long Dozzi stays quiet to let baby settle before alerting again. Default 7:00. (Range 30 seconds–15 minutes.)
Travel Time — how long you get to reach the baby before Dozzi buzzes you again, so you're not re-buzzed the whole way there. It also applies right after you acknowledge an alert. Default 2:30. (Range 10 seconds–5 minutes.)
Timer changes don't take effect until you tap Save Changes on the bar that slides up at the bottom of the screen — this sends the new settings to your hub.
